One warm, one fine

An alarm with the door closed
On Sub-Zero’s Designer-series units the ajar alarm sounds once a door or drawer has stood open past a delay the owner can set anywhere from 5 to 90 seconds. When it sounds with everything shut, Sub-Zero points to something holding the door off, such as a tray edge or a leaning bottle, or to a door switch near the hinge that has stopped registering. The alarm cannot be muted, only switched off entirely, and switching it off hides the clue.
